When purchasing a plan or traffic package, the system stores order records related to service delivery, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, refund status, and order reference. This information is used to confirm entitlements, reconcile transactions, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. The system also processes total traffic usage and remaining allowance to apply monthly subscription resets or traffic package rules, but does not use this information to create records of browsing content.

When visiting marketing pages or the user panel, the system may generate necessary analytics and technical records, such as page visits, browser type, referring page, and error status. These data help assess page performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the interface. They are not used to infer the specific content users access on international websites.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Records

NaixiVPN follows a no-logs principle. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, query content, or destination lists that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. The service does not continuously retain connection logs that could link an account to a specific destination.

Running network routes requires the handling of necessary real-time network data, which is used only during transmission. When an exception occurs, the system may generate technical error information that does not contain browsing content, helping identify route failures, resource issues, or connection failures. Such information is retained only as long as necessary for operation and maintenance, then deleted or converted into aggregate data that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary session identifiers. These data maintain account sessions, restore selected page states, and reduce repeated setup. Disabling this storage may prevent login status or language preferences from being saved, or cause some account features to stop working properly.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket portal. A deletion request is carried out after necessary identity verification, settlement of unfinished orders, and processing of records that must be retained by law. Deleting an account does not affect lawful data processing completed previously and cannot remove transaction records independently retained by payment providers.
