These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by NaixiVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using related routes, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. Before purchasing, users should verify that the service meets their needs and keep their account and subscription details secure.

Service Content and Scope

NaixiVPN provides network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve connection quality for cross-border access, international websites, and online applications. Available routes may change with network conditions, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation. The service does not guarantee that a particular region, route, or external website will always remain in the same state.

Service performance is affected by the user's local network, device environment, target website policies, and public network conditions. Users are responsible for confirming that their operating system, client permissions, and local network meet connection requirements. NaixiVPN may maintain or update route entry points, client access methods, and technical implementation without reducing the basic benefits of a purchased plan.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must set and protect their login credentials and are responsible for plan selection, subscription access, and connection activity within their accounts. Accounts and subscriptions are for the registered user to manage and use personally. They may not be rented, resold, publicly shared, or otherwise provided to others for commercial use.

The service does not limit the number of simultaneously online devices, but connections must remain within the scope of normal personal use. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, and remain available until used with no expiration. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and price before submitting payment. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using NaixiVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the regions they access through the service, while respecting the intellectual property, privacy, and other lawful rights of third parties. The service must not be used for fraud, system intrusion, malware distribution, interference with network facilities, bulk transmission of harmful content, or other unlawful activities.

Users must not affect others through abnormal automated requests, malicious consumption of route resources, or attempts to disable technical safeguards. Users are legally responsible for consequences arising from their own conduct, published content, or access activity. When NaixiVPN identifies a clear violation of these terms or receives a valid legal request, it may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service.

Service Availability and Liability

NaixiVPN performs routine maintenance on routes and client access, but public network fluctuations, equipment failures, external service changes, scheduled maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control may change connection speeds or cause temporary interruptions. During maintenance, some routes may be replaced or suspended, and users may switch to other available routes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service does not guarantee the content, features, continued availability, or results of external websites or third-party services. Losses caused by user device settings, local network conditions, third-party platform rules, or a user's violation of these terms are outside NaixiVPN's control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Refunds and Account Termination

Users may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of their first payment. Before submitting a refund request, users should stop using the relevant subscription and provide sufficient order information for verification. Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase record and these terms, without affecting any other rights available under applicable law.

Users may stop using their accounts and subscriptions. If a user resells a subscription, publicly shares credentials, maliciously consumes service resources, interferes with platform operations, or uses the service for unlawful activities, NaixiVPN may take necessary measures, including restricting use, suspending the account, or terminating the service. After account termination, users may not continue accessing the service with the original subscription details.

Changes and Governing Application

NaixiVPN may update these terms when required by service changes, legal requirements, or risk management needs. The revised text will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the reference. Changes affecting users' primary rights or obligations will be explained through visible notices on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; users who disagree may stop using the service.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the rules governing service use. If any provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Section headings are provided for ease of reference and do not change the meaning of the text.
